How do you feel about shooting them? Can offer pellet gun recommendations...
But I understand if you're not ready to jump to that/don't have sufficient space and privacy for that to be a realistic solution.

In my experience, the more obnoxious birds are too smart to be scared away by owl statues, shiny hanging things, etc. If you want to drive them away, you'll need to shoot a few or destroy their nest. They'll associate your property with predatory behavior and give you a wide berth after that. Remarkably, most of the non-targeted bird species will continue to use your property (so it's not like shooting starlings will keep Robins or House Finches away).

Experience: Shooting starlings to keep them away; climbing a tree and destroying a Magpie nest to keep them away.
