ESPN told them to move it. ESPN wanted Washington-UCLA in the late-night ESPN
window on Friday (following Tulane-Houston) over USU-BYU. So, BYU got snubbed by ESPN for Washington-UCLA. ESPN no longer does coveted slots on Thursdays due to NFL Thursday Night Football.
