I'd love to see an increase in mental health services. I don't think full on intuitionalism (as it has been done in the past) is the right answer. I am iffy on how far we would wan to go on the involuntary nature of it. You open yourself to a LOT of issues that most people would NOT want government to be able to compel people to do if you aren't careful.
