We were downtown last Saturday at Chile Tepin at 2pm. Some crazed dude on meth
was yelling at people swinging at them walking into traffic.
SLC is nothing like NYC, LA, SF, Portland, Seattle, Chicago, etc. but it shouldn't even be what it is.
These people should be in mental hospitals or rehab.
Some innocent person is going to attacked by one of these lunatics or hit one when they run out in the street.
Take them out to Dugway to a treatment center there.
