A guy sat down next to me. I immediately smell the unmistakable smell of raw onions. When we reach cruising speed he pulls out his foot long sandwich drenched in Onions and eats it.

After he was done, he then proceeded to burp onion for the next 4 hours . After that flight I never wanted to be around another onion again.

Note: It took me a few weeks actually before I could eat an onion again.
