My wife was attacked by a black lab German shepherd from behind. Reported

and went to ER. 12 stitches, much emotional damage. I represented the case with the owners insurance. We settled for $25,000. This dog had a biting history in 2 states. I don’t know if it was put down. It would have done tremendous harm to a child who couldn’t defend itself.
