I'd say it's more important than some of those - just based on timing and publicity
The Baylor game is a big deal....that is being shown on ESPN (good) at 10:15 Eastern (not so good).

But the Oregon game is early season and being shown on FOX at 3:30 ET. That game (along with the Notre Dame game) is going to have an outsize impact on how the team is perceived all year.

Realistically, the Arkansas game is probably the least important of those. If we lose to Oregon and Notre Dame and Arkansas has losses to Texas A&M and Alabama? Then the BYU/Arkansas game isn't a big showcase, it's probably on ESPN2. But if both BYU and Arkansas come in with one loss, having split those games? Then it's a huge primetime network TV event.
