One time I was on a business trip to my employer’s corporate headquarters. It was mid morning and we all went down to

the cafe to get drinks and coffee. I saw our CEO in there with a tray of food he just bought heading out of the cafe when a group of oblivious younger people came whipping around the corner and almost crashed into him. He took evasive action and almost spilled his tray, and then sat there looking bewildered as the group continued past him without ever seeing or acknowledging him.
