for me, I would be sleeping through the National Art Gallery on day 2, and the
musical on day 3.
My body would not have adjusted to that time zone and busy schedule yet. If it were me, I'd lighten up the first couple of days or work in naps. You'll be +8 in London, so you could be messed up a bit.
Art gallery and a dim theater would be the end of it for me.
