Anyone w/experience disputing apt. move out charges with Reeder in Logan?
My son and nephew are being charged $1k above their deposit for things like refrigerator shelf repair, carpet cleaning, etc.
They both claim the fridge was fine, carpet had normal wear, etc. Move out instructions stated that carpet would be cleaned.
