Big O tried to rip me off once
I took it in for an alignment and they tried to tell me I needed a bunch more work done (like $1500 of extra repairs). I told them I would like to get another opinion and they got upset.
So sure enough I took it to two other places- and both the other places told me there were no problems.
I will never go to Big O again. Swindlers.
I should have reported them to the BBB.

I shredded my tire this morning. Took it into Discount Tire, in Orem, replaced tire because it was under warranty.
