This right here shows USU fans true colors. If they really cared about football
or basketball being dropped they would have had a lot more hate for Utah the last several years. But they didn’t. You never heard about it. In fact they would outright cheer for Utah in games, especially in a BYU-Utah game. Naturally, shouldn’t Utah be the hated team in that scenario?
When BYU drops the games they lose their minds. So why didn’t they complain over the years about Utah? It’s because they couldn’t care less about the games themselves. The hate for everything and anything BYU supersedes common sense. The majority of the fans don’t know anything about their own team, but they know when BYU comes to town because it’s important to hate them.
