Sometimes humans are more receptive to change when a little more objective

evidence is telling them that they need to change as opposed to the subjective--and even expert--input from colleagues. Colleagues can be absolutely right, but they're unable to influence the change until the analytical research suggests the same thing.

Who knows, but maybe this process was recommended by those surrounding Tuiaki because their input wasn't working.

I just looked up our stats for opponent's 3rd down conversion. So not 3rd and long, per se, but still relevant.
