1. Go to a Latin market. Usually Mexican.
2. Ask them for empanada discs. They are in the freezer section. Usually 12-15 discs in a package.
3. Buy a large can of apple pie filling and some dulce de leche.
4. Put the filling inside a thawed empanada disc. Usually a couple of tablespoons. Add in a touch of dulce de leche.
5. Fold up the dis and seal it. Sprinkle a little cinnamon with sugar on top after a quick egg brushing.
6. Bake in the oven. You can get discs for frying or for the oven. I prefer the oven baked ones.
7. Enjoy them.

They are delicious and as I said,easy peasy and delicioso.
