That's easy. Mostly good offense mixed with bad opponents in 2020, plus

some luck in 2021.

Oregon, OU, Texas Tech, Baylor, and others have had many double digit win seasons while fielding terrible defenses. Their offenses made up the difference. Winning games is not evidence that one side of the ball isn't bad. You keep trying to use that as some sort of definitive evidence. It's not.
