Where does Jaren Hall rank among college QBs this year? Is he a top 5/10 QB?

I’m not necessarily talking about draft potential, I mean just on the college level. Like Tim Tebow was a great college QB but struggled on the pro level.

Armstrong did show incredible leadership during every Jaren Hall led TD drive, and there were a lot.

Tebow was 10-6 as starter in the NFL. Wouldn’t call that struggling.
