as possible, and you can’t do that for everyone. Also the Texas schools will all want to play each other every year as well, and you likely won’t be able to do that either.

You could try 3 pods of 4 though. Have the 4 Texas schools in a pod, BYU-OSU-KSU-KU in a pod, and Cincy-WV-UCF-ISU in a pod. You play the 3 in-pod games every year and 3 from each of the other 2 pods to round out a 9 game conference schedule (so basically there are only 2 teams you’re NOT playing). And since 3 of those conference games would be against TX schools, you’re guaranteed at least one Texas trip per year.
