Took my daughter to a new eye doctor yesterday to get contacts. Imagine my
Surprise when a dog wanders into the exam room and lays down.

My daughter is allergic to dogs and her eyes immediately got dry and itchy. Minutes later she’s trying to put in contacts for the first time and predictably it didn’t go well.

Nurse or whatever you call them in a ophthalmologist office is visibly frustrated after a few minutes. I told her to just give us a pair to take home. She told me she has to get them in her eyes before we can take any home. I said that’s fine just print the scrip for me please. She told me she can’t do that until she tries them on.

Why would you have a dog wandering around in an office without warning your patients who are potentially allergic?

Why would you make it harder to get your customers to try your product?

Have to find a new Eye Dr and go through this process again.
