I'm skeptical of that viewpoint simply because most lists I have seen that rank
Schools by value (e.g. what they bring to the table financially) have Oregon and Washington both in the top 25. I get that most the list is current or future Big Ten or SEC teams, but I would put those 2 schools as better than "tweeners".

According to Dodd and his sources in the BIG, O is a brand but no market. UW is a brand and medium market
