The most powerful programs in CFB:
Obviously the SEC and BIG10 hold a lot of power…

But…

There are 3 programs left who might be balancing the weight of college football as we know it.

1. Notre Dame
2. Washington/Oregon

As long as Notre Dame remains apart from both conferences, they protect the interest of other mid-level P5 programs. They hold a LOT of power in preventing the creation of a 2 super leagues.

And Washington/Oregon are in position to either save or destroy the PAC12. IMO, the PAC12 can still survive if the remaining schools unify and act quickly to add new schools. But if UW and Ore bail, the PAC12 is DEAD.

Those 3 schools can either preserve FBS football, or they can destroy it.
