On the topic of wealth, I've built my career in the financial arena, and I've
seen - over and over again - one very simple attitude that will condemn a person to a lifetime of struggle and even poverty: "It's the other guy's fault." Some prefer to simply point to "privilege," but it's the same sentiment.

Many, many very capable people will never have comfort and wealth, and you can see it coming a mile away.

FINAL EDIT: TNT's earlier post got me thinking about the concept of privilege, and how I consider this worldview - the idea that the game is rigged against oneself - to be a financial disaster-in-waiting for so many.
