You can effectively kill the PAC now with only an invite to 2 schools. I believe
The 2 should be the AZ schools. UW and Oregon are not going to come until they’ve exhausted their effort with B1G and then should be easy to get them if AZ schools are in Big 12. As for the remaining 8, you can then invite any of them and get them.
