I find this entire movement deeply disturbing. In the short term we are in the B12 and on the stage with everyone else. That all ends when the new playoffs are only between these two conferences. Then the B12 and every other conference is meaningless, playing meaningless games while the two large conferences monopolize everything meaningful with the sport.

Things could move fairly quickly and within a few years the sport of college football will lose all meaning for 60-70% of all the fans.

While I like seeing the yewts burn to the ground, this whole thing has me deeply alarmed.
