Which stage of grief is this?

The real concern for Utah to the B12 is that BYU, who isn't officially in the conference yet, has negotiated (with their very big donors) the ability to veto any new members. So the twist is this; Utah has been so mean to BYU that the BIG BYU DONORS are going to veto the Utes.
