You're fortunate. I live around and work with enough Ute fans to confidently say
that most of them have no idea of the state of the PAC12, etc.
They just know that they hate BYU, that I am a BYU fan and member of the church, and those things are enough for them to routinely go out of their way to make ignorant comments.
It used to bug me a lot more than it does currently, though! 🤣
