The ACC is 100% going to lose Clemson, FSU, and probably Miami to the SEC.
But they can probably survive if they think ahead and raid Oklahoma State, Baylor, TCU, and maybe Houston (replacing their Florida Footprint with a Texas footprint).
I hope the BIG 12 sees this as a threat and preemptively adds the Arizona schools and then takes a hard look at a couple of ACC schools like Va Tech, Georgia Tech, or Louisville (I assume UNC will hold out for a Big Ten offer).
Raiding the ACC should be a much higher priority than looking at any Pac 12 schools not from Arizona (assuming Washington and Oregon are also holdouts).
You can always go west later.
