I think the ACC/Big 12 will become similar to what the G5 was in recent years
Technically playing the same game for the same stakes... But so immensely far behind on $$$, prestige, access etc that it'll be a rare occurrence to have one really capable of being considered a top team.
Obviously the talent level will be higher (as the power 2 won't take as much talent as the previous P5 did) but with recruiting and money, there will be a clear gap.
