I don't think that's how it works

I doubt it was entirely just Utah that made the decision to push the Pac 12 narrative in market. It was strategic to create a wave to control the local market. And in large part, it worked. You never saw kids when I was growing up that were Ute fans. That changed entirely.

BYU has a chance to do the same thing here.
