If the conference expands, I would play 10 conference games a year and then 1 G5 school and 1 OOC game from the B10, SEC, or ACC. The games would be way more entertaining to watch and provide more TV value. I think scheduling FCS should be outlawed all together.

I was about to say that they should never play G5 schools, but I do enjoy watching these G5 schools attempt to upset a bigger school. And plus I remember what it was like when BYU was a lowly G5 school. It would also be nice for BYU to maintain their rivalries with Boise State and Utah State.

With that said, I think it’s time for the G5 to establish their own playoff. They are being left out and I don’t know if anything is going to change that. If they had their own playoff, they would at least have something to play for and would provide some high-quality entertainment.
