With UO and UW the Big 12 makes more money per school and has a better shot of

stealing teams from the ACC when the SEC and BIG decide to take their top schools. It will better position Big 12 to be the undeniably third best conference. ACC will still have several programs that could rival the Big 12, but the strong the Big 12 is, the better chance they can kill the ACC when Clemson, ND, FSU and etc leave for the 2 super conferences.
