That the two most likely scenarios are:
1: The PAC 12 commissioner has an ace up his sleeve with some other unnamed school(s) that are on board with joining, and that’s where they’re getting leverage for TV negotiations.
2: Utah, ASU, Colorado, and Arizona all go to the Big 12 (which he said is “likely”).
He does not think that adding MWC schools is an option. He does not think that P12 staying at 10 is an option.
