For the B12, Cincy just went to a playoff. UCF won a lot of games (incl undefeated). Houston is great location and invested in football/basketball. And BYU is a great program top to bottom and national following.

The P12 gets to add Fresno, Boise, UNLV or SDSU. Not great options, that more importantly, don't move the TV payout needle.
