Money grubbing adults and conspiring cheats have taken the fine institution of American college football and turned it into an ugly contest where popularity and money-generating capability is all that matters.

Whatever the outcome, what we once loved will be twisted and contorted into something that most Americans won't either recognize or like. You can't trample historic rivals or cast aside the very roots of the living thing and expect it to continue living.

At a time when they should be trying to ensure broad next generation interest from new fans, they're killing off a large percent of schools/fans whom they deem unworthy. Stupid!
