So I went back the 7 years where you again wrote that Utah's rankings have been ahead of ALL but 1 or 2 of the Big 12 teams.

So again I compared Utah's record and rankings over those years to BIG 12 teams with similar rankings and I found out that in the last 7 years Utah has been ranked higher than a BIG 12 team with a similar record only 2 times and the BIG 12 team was ranked higher 5 times. I know math can be hard but that means the BIG 12 team that had a similar record was ranked higher than Utah over 71% of the time.

Okay your words said exactly, this shows is that Utah is consistently performing at the top end of the current Big 12 over a longer period. That is huge mental gymnastics on your part because I didn't say those with similar records were the only ones from the BIG 12 ranked in the polls, I only pointed out that 71% of the time the BIG 12 team with the similar record as Utah ended up ranked higher. That no way puts Utah in the upper ranks of the BIG 12 because in most of those years those teams were not at the top of the standings in the BIG 12.

You are the one talking about Utah prestige and throwing out rankings and numbers to prove your point, all I have done is give you facts to show your view of Utah's prestige isn't what you think it is.

Also with the polling, you are the one trying to equate a ranking at any time during the season as a sign of prestige, and even took a shot at BYU saying last year that Utah was ranked higher at the end of the year despite BYU beating Utah. So what is it, a random week during the season, or what the final polls say at the end of the season?
