How proactive do you think the B12 commish & Univ ADs are in all this?

If memory serves me correctly... in the past, the complaint with the universities and the B12 commish, is that they were very slow to act, make decisions etc.

What's the perception these days?

If done correctly, the B12 could solidify a solid #3 conf and over time, challenge #2 conf... ending the race to form only 2 "superconferences".
