They had just got a commitment from a 4* two weeks prior to Dart committing there. Dart had a choice to be a back up for 1 season or be a possible back up for 3 seasons. He choose the latter..... dumb.

No pads for several days per NCAA rules. Helmets, then shells, then full pads.
