It is a Honda Pilot with a pickup bed on the back. Why doesn't it qualify as a truck?
1. Doesn't have a solid rear axle
2. The Ridgeline comes in FWD or AWD, there is no 4WD or rear wheel drive. It doesn't have a 4WD transfer case.
3. It's not a body on frame like all other trucks. It's a unibody frame like a crossover SUV.
4. You cannot 4 Wheel in this vehicle... see point number 2. The transmission or engine will overheat.
Now I get why a very small percentage of people get this vehicle. It is a very comfortable ride and has a useful bed.
