Although they are out of California, not Nashville.

The St George Red Cliffs Mall is undergoing major renovations and new construction. New stores coming in. Of course the rent has to increase for existing stores to pay for all this.

In the process they ran off Arby's and Hash House A Go Go, which seemed to be doing well and was very popular.

So Jay Bird's is going into the old Arby's spot after renovations. That's a good location. Arby's was there a long time.

I've never been to a Jay Bird's in California. Wonder if they're going to bring California prices with them. Might be popular what with all the California transplants in the area.
