seizures. Epileptic seizures are usually manageable with medication. Non-epileptic seizures sometimes aren't. It's very good that the MRI was normal.
My son had epileptic seizures when he was 3. We tried 5 different meds and finally one worked. He was on it for 3 years and we didn't see a single seizure. Then the doc told us we have to take him off the medication so we can see if he still had them. Luckily we haven't seen one since he went on that 5th medication. It was a bit scary for awhile, but everything is good now.
