That is a bad negotiating tactic in my opinion. I would hang up the phone and tell them to go fly a kite.
I get that they are trying to say their guy is worth it and what not and then when you only ask for one of those guys it makes it feel like a lot less, but asking for something that absurd is just that, absurd. I wouldn't trade Tatum for Durant straight up.
