Have you been to a PT? Whatever helps you feel better will help it get better. A chiro isn't going to push your bones

PT will be much more useful - you need to move and strength the muscles. sitting still makes it worse.

Look up vertebral artery dissection. I know of two people who have had strokes from chiropractors manipulating their
