to even play him in the game. Had wilson not been injured on that cut then nobody would have said anything to him. The questioning only comes from from a hindsight outlook after something bad happens. There are even some who are questioning Saleh for playing Wilson at all in the preseason. I don't blame a second year kid for doing what he is trained to do for years. He'll wise up about the difference between preseason and regular season, but the other day he was praised for treating this game as a real game. It'll come with experience, but hopefully they dodge a bullet on this one. Playing your starters in meaningless games is a gamble, much like hard hitting in fall camp is a gamble. Doesn't mean anyone is specifically wrong, but it's a roll of the dice and everyone has to make the risk/reward decision.
