Driving down 1st east in highland and a German shepherd jumped out of the hedge and started attacking someone jogging by. She looked terrified and tried to fend it off. Apparently it did bite her. I pulled over and started honking right in the dogs face. It backed off and the owner came out and got the dog. I was prepared to “nudge” the dog if necessary.

The jogger started screaming at the owner who said sorry. The jogger demanded their name and address and hopefully reports it.

I guess the police will come and put the owner down since it’s their fault right?
