Continuing my trend of bringing news from other Fan Boards here (sue me... I'm deployed and I'm bored), KU is having an interesting discussion about FanDuel looking to get involved in live sports broadcasting. Apparently the CEO is quite serious about rebranding his company as a legitimate sports media company and has hundreds of millions to spend on content for the new channel that they're launching. They're also bringing on several well-known sports media personalities to headline their channel. No real reporting yet, but Yormark has an extensive relationship with FanDuels from his time at the Nets and it could be an intriguing landing spot for some Tier 3 rights... for the right price.
Don't shoot the messenger. Just thought it was interesting.
