Max is the #2 all-time passer in BYU history, second only to TFD. His career
efficiency rating was 151. Taysom’s career efficiency rating was 121. Max’s career TD/Int ratio was 2.4. Hill’s career TD/Int ratio was 1.4. Max was 42-7 as a starter (.857 winning percentage), including 2-1 vs. Utah. Taysom was 23-9 as a starter (.719 winning percentage), including 0-2 vs. Utah.
Both deserve spots in the Cougar QB Factory hall of fame, but I would have to go with Max.
