It doesn't matter if expiration is still two weeks away I'll still sniff it. I usually stop drinking it a couple days before expiration just to be safe. I never want chunks in my milk again.

The date's only a guideline. Smell it to find out if it's actually bad or not.

When our milk is near or at the expiration date, I pour some in a glass and smell and/or taste it. Don't judge...

‘Best by’ does not man ‘expiration’. Just a potential not to taste ideal
