Nuke All-American
Pork butt went on the smoker at 8:30, it's current temp is 158, dinner is at

5:30 I should be good right? I always get nervous about the stall. I pulled it off and wrapped it an hour ago so I think I'll be ok, but pork butt is always hard to predict on the time.
