5:30 I should be good right? I always get nervous about the stall. I pulled it off and wrapped it an hour ago so I think I'll be ok, but pork butt is always hard to predict on the time.

How big is it? I usually plan 12-15 hours for a pork butt

I would crank it to 300 or 325. It's foiled, so you can't hurt it.
