My observations have been the exact same.

WFH is the future. It solves so many problems from pollution to family time to productivity.

I also agree on the need for a hybrid model. Face-to-face communication in the office is the best way to touch base and get projects started. Once work begins, however, it’s much more productive from the peace and quiet of home.
