For my company, we won’t ever go back to 100% in office. It will be Hybrid going forward. Either 3 at home 2 in office,
Or 4 at home 1 in office per week based on seniority and productivity.
In office is important to feel connected to your team, co-workers, culture, and company goals, but employees tend to be more efficient and focused on getting their work done when working from home based on all of the things you mentioned.
Plus, we’ve been able to expand substantially without taking on additional cost and experience the same results as expansion with additional space in office. We were able to drop costs, but reinvest in employee salaries and benefits to make us even more competitive.
