Look, I know you guys at dealers have very little control over what the book is telling you to charge, but when my wife calls up asking for a price to replace an oil pressure switch, a part I can find online for $30 and looks easier to swap than a single spark plug, don't quote her a price of $500 to do the work. Even if that's what the book is telling you to do, that's just ridiculous and you'll lose business and trust that way.
